Job Description:

Wissda is hiring an experienced MS Dynamics CRM/365 Techno-Functional Consultant to lead CRM implementations and deliver integrated enterprise solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience across full-cycle Dynamics 365 projects, plugin and integration development, and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions

• Work across full implementation lifecycle: analysis to deployment

• Lead and support integration with 3rd-party systems

• Develop and manage plugins, SSIS packages, Power Automate flows

• Develop REST APIs, ribbon customizations, and console apps

• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (2016/2015, UCI)

• Plugin development, Web API, JavaScript, .NET, C#, SSIS

• Power Automate, Console App development

• Dynamics CRM Administration: roles, workflows, business rules, forms, etc.

• SQL Server knowledge

• Ribbon Workbench & solution deployment experience

• Understanding of Azure DevOps is a plus

• Excellent communication & customer-facing skills

• Background in Business Systems Analysis is preferred
