Job Overview
Algoshack Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the Healthcare and Medical Device domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile frameworks, automation testing, and team leadership to drive high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive automation-focused teams using BDD frameworks
Ensure delivery of business value with strong execution ownership
Oversee test automation scheduling, execution, and dashboard reporting
Facilitate effective retrospectives for continuous improvement
Promote early defect detection with a shift-left approach
Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce technical debt
Build strong cross-functional execution and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in Healthcare or Medical Device industry
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Strong leadership in automation testing and BDD implementation
Hands-on with test automation tools, planning, and reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Agile certifications like SAFe or CSM are a plus
