Job Description:
Seeking an experienced MS Dynamics SCM Manufacturing Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics SCM solutions tailored for manufacturing environments. The candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth integration and operation of SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure MS Dynamics SCM modules per manufacturing client requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation lifecycles.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Integrate MS Dynamics SCM with other ERP systems and third-party apps.

• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Create documentation: functional specs, user guides, training materials.

• Conduct training sessions/workshops for end-users and stakeholders.

• Stay updated on latest MS Dynamics SCM features and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics SCM (formerly AX) for manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and inventory management.

• Experience integrating MS Dynamics SCM with other ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-330) preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Education:
UG: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or related field)
