Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams implementing Scrum and SAFe frameworks across multiple projects.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to enhance productivity and quality.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment.

• Identify and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals.

• Drive continuous process improvements across teams and projects.

Key Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile Framework, Scrum Facilitation, Sprint Planning, Agile Coaching, Leadership, Communication, Jira

Preferred Background: Minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce domain preferred

Education: Any Graduate
