Job Summary:

Cotiviti is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile teams in a SAFe environment. The role focuses on coaching, Agile ceremonies, DevOps enablement, and improving team velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives

• Guide teams on Agile practices and DevOps

• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming

• Track Agile metrics and improve sprint throughput

• Remove impediments and foster a self-organizing team

Requirements:

• 12+ years in IT; 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Manager

• SAFe Agilist certification (CSM/PSM also preferred)

• Strong experience with JIRA, CI/CD, Agile metrics

• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Jenkins, Sonar

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
