Job Overview
HCLTech is hiring a Scrum Master with 10-16 years of experience to lead Agile ceremonies, manage JIRA administration, and ensure smooth sprint execution across teams located in Noida, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The role requires excellent stakeholder collaboration, team coordination, and mentoring skills. Java and Angular experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage JIRA boards, workflows, and sprint tracking
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to remove blockers
Mentor Agile teams on Scrum practices and continuous improvement
Provide leadership in cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication
Assist with planning and execution of Agile projects
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
Expertise in JIRA administration and sprint management
Experience with Java and Angular technologies (preferred)
Excellent team handling and leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication
