Job Description

Photon is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery across a large-scale, multisite WordPress ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams, drive sprint planning and execution, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical features in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and define clear sprint goals

• Manage end-to-end delivery across 30+ WordPress brand sites

• Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, SEO, and DevOps to track dependencies and eliminate blockers

• Maintain backlog using Jira and ensure epics/stories are properly scoped

• Track velocity, capacity, and sprint progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders

• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team

• Support UAT and QA efforts, feature testing, and release validation

• Drive documentation, delivery accountability, and process clarity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Manager

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint cadences

• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control (Git)

• Proven experience managing web/CMS projects (WordPress preferred)

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders

• Experience in CI/CD, Agile delivery metrics, and risk management

• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a high-velocity environment

• Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, and WordPress architecture

Educational Qualification

UG: Any Graduate
