Job Overview:

Dynatech Systems is hiring skilled Functional Consultants (SCM) to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions across multiple clients. This role covers the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales to go-live and post-live support—focusing on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

As a Functional Consultant, you will lead solution design, configure applications, manage client relationships, and ensure successful deployments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design workshops and document business requirements

  • Perform gap analysis and provide standard/custom solutions

  • Configure D365 F&O modules for SCM, including testing and documentation

  • Collaborate with development teams (on-site/offshore) to deliver customized solutions

  • Design and execute data migration and integration strategies

  • Provide training to internal and external users

  • Manage post-go-live support and continuous improvements

  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

  • Identify risks, plan project timelines, and track issues proactively

  • Create functional design documentation and interface specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant (preferably in D365 F&O or AX)

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Experience with client-facing roles and implementation projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

  • Ability to lead teams is a plus
