Job Description:

TechBlocks is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional Agile teams and drive end-to-end project delivery. This role requires a solid background in software development or technical delivery, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Lead project teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure alignment with project goals

• Oversee CI/CD implementation and enhance development lifecycle efficiency

• Collaborate with technical teams to bridge business and engineering needs

• Deliver detailed project updates, track KPIs, and manage documentation

• Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and ensure on-time, quality delivery

• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams

• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 10–17 years of total experience, including:

  • 5+ years in Agile project management

  • 1–2 years of technical delivery or programming background (.NET, Java, Python, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and delivery pipelines

• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
