Job Description

Beetle Hiring Solutions is looking for experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile delivery teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving Agile maturity in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach

• Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress

• Track Agile metrics and guide teams toward continuous improvement

• Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs

Requirements

• Proven experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology

• Deep understanding of backlog refinement, user stories, Kanban, and Agile principles

• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
