Job Overview

Midas Touch Consulting is seeking experienced Project Managers or Scrum Masters to join its expanding team. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as well as traditional and Agile project management. You’ll play a key role in managing scope, scheduling, and ensuring successful delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager across multiple client engagements

• Manage full project lifecycle: scope definition, scheduling, execution, and delivery

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Support cross-functional teams by removing impediments and tracking team progress

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and technical delivery

• Ensure project governance and reporting, including risk and issue management

• Support Agile transformation and coaching where applicable

• Adapt to both Agile and traditional PM environments depending on the project

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical degree preferred)

• 10–20 years of total experience in project management

• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional PM practices (Waterfall, MS Project)

• Proven ability to manage project scope, timeline, resources, and risk

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Certifications preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

  • PMP or PRINCE2 (optional but a plus)
