Job Description:
Primetrace Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile processes and coach software/IT teams in a fast-paced, scalable tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives

• Remove blockers and support team productivity

• Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs

• Align with DevOps and release management teams

• Track Agile KPIs like velocity, cycle time, and defect rates

Qualifications:

• 1+ year as a Scrum Master in IT/software projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps practices

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

• CSM or PSM certification (mandatory or highly preferred)

• Bonus: SAFe Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Kanban certifications

Additional Requirements:

• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills

• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, programming concepts, and databases
