Job Responsibilities

For SCM Consultant:

• Design and implement client-specific solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements.

• Develop functional specifications, documentation, and business scenarios.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through design and testing reviews.

• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve technical/functional issues.

For Finance Consultant:

• Deliver financial solutions on the Dynamics AX/D365 platform.

• Prepare functional specifications and ensure smooth transition to development teams.

• Lead quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases.

• Address complex financial issues and ensure client satisfaction.
