Job Summary:

BriskWin IT is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join its consulting team. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and at least one additional module (such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring modules, training users, and ensuring successful deployments of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Finance and at least one additional module (Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with technical teams for development, integration, and data migration.

• Perform gap analysis between business needs and standard Dynamics capabilities, and propose appropriate solutions.

• Create documentation including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.

• Support testing activities (System Testing, UAT) and contribute to successful go-live execution.

• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and performance tuning.

• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases and enhancements to advise clients on improvements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO).

• Hands-on experience with at least one additional module (Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).

• Experience in preparing FDDs (Functional Design Documents) and conducting gap analysis.

• Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, sales, etc.).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate degree

• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is a plus

• Experience in end-to-end implementations is highly desirable
