Job Summary:

Sureify is hiring a Scrum Master Manager to lead a team of Scrum Masters, drive agile maturity across teams, and represent the Scrum function at a leadership level. This is a strategic and people-oriented leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Scrum Masters.

• Ensure consistent Scrum practices and team performance.

• Resolve team-level and organizational impediments.

• Standardize processes, estimation, and forecasting.

• Conduct performance reviews and career development.

• Engage with leadership to align Agile goals.

• Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity.

• Oversee risk management, release procedures, and time tracking.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent.

• Deep knowledge of Scrum frameworks (Scrum@Scale, LeSS).

• Proven mentoring experience.

• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Agile metrics.

• Ability to analyze and report executive-level insights.
