About the Role:

Aureus Tech Systems is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile Delivery team. This role is crucial in fostering Agile best practices, building high-performing self-organizing teams, and driving successful project execution. You will play a key role in managing engineering teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation & Team Support:

Own and promote the adoption of Agile values, principles, and methodologies across teams.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support and coach teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
Foster continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and implementing improvement stories.

Project & Process Management:

Manage engineering development projects and coordinate sprint planning and releases.
Track team progress using Agile metrics and support execution using project management tools like JIRA or Scrum Desk.
Estimate timelines, create project schedules, and manage sprint deliverables.
Perform root cause analysis (post-mortem) to drive process improvement.
Manage project risks, blockers, and scope changes in a structured and controlled manner.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Owners to groom and clarify the product backlog.
Act as a liaison between the development team, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
Ensure that all parties are aligned with sprint goals and delivery expectations.
Provide visibility and transparency into project progress and team health.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Ability to guide and mentor teams in Agile maturity.
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Scrum Desk, Manuscript, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle dynamic business environments and adjust priorities as needed.

Work Location & Flexibility:

Offices available in Gachibowli (Hyderabad), Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi.
Remote work available for suitable candidates.
