About the Role:

Kleza Solutions is looking for a Jr. Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and basic PPC campaign management. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, be results-oriented, and possess a strong grasp of the latest trends in digital and AI-driven search marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube.
Create and publish engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, creatives, videos).
Manage campaign calendars, track KPIs, and optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure content is visually aligned with brand identity.
Monitor social trends and algorithm changes to stay ahead of the curve.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals to drive organic traffic.
Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and metadata.
Implement strategies targeting LLM-based search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz for tracking and insights.
Create and present regular SEO performance reports.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:

Assist with launching and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor and report on campaign budgets and performance metrics.
Suggest optimizations for copy, creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
Measure ROI and identify areas of improvement.

General Marketing Activities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and continuous improvement plans.
Stay up-to-date with developments in digital marketing, SEO, AI search, and advertising tools.
Contribute to content development for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search algorithms, and AI-integrated search.
Proficient in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot.
Basic experience with PPC campaign management.
Experience using WordPress, and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to digital trends and technologies.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
