Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with proven leadership and coaching experience in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise implementing Agile practices and working closely with stakeholders and Scrum teams to enhance performance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Scrum Masters across PODs in improving Agile practices

• Adapt Agile models to suit varied business contexts

• Act as an Agile Coach to guide teams in adopting best practices

• Implement Agile initiatives and drive their adoption

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders

• Clearly articulate the impact and value of Agile initiatives led in the past

Candidate Profile:

• Deep understanding of Agile mindsets, principles, and delivery frameworks

• Strong leadership and coaching experience in Agile environments

• Proven track record of implementing Agile initiatives

• Able to adapt Agile practices to real-world business constraints

• Trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders

• UG: Any Graduate
