Job Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding an Agile Scrum team to deliver high-quality software. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and acting as a bridge between the team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.

• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and encourage self-organization.

• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

• Promote clear communication among team members and stakeholders.

• Assist Product Owner in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

• Track team performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Advocate Agile practices across the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Experience in cross-functional teams with developers, testers, and product owners

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate

• PG: Any Postgraduate
