Job Description:
KPMG India is seeking experienced Functional Consultants with expertise in ERP platforms and finance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle implementations and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft D365, or Workday.
Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise in finance processes such as:
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Engage and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders.
Support ERP project life cycle: configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
Strong finance process knowledge (R2R, O2C, P2P).
Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms: Oracle / SAP / Microsoft D365 / Workday.
Proven track record of end-to-end ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate
