Job Description:

• Act as Supply Chain Management Business Analyst on the assigned engagement.

• Lead Conference Room Pilot sessions to demonstrate D365 functionality to clients.

• Guide clients on D365 FO capabilities and help align business processes with standard features to minimize customizations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and represent business requirements during implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret client business processes and requirements.

• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents and Functional Specifications.

• Create user manuals and training materials.

• Deliver end-user support pre and post go-live.

• Ensure project documentation is complete and delivery aligns with plans.

Qualifications:

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization

• PG: M.Tech in any specialization, MCA in Computers
