Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Solution Architects to design solutions using Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain.

• Execute ERP implementation projects including configuration, data migration, testing, training, and support.

• Document functional requirements and perform system setup and customizations.

• Participate in discovery, Fit-Gap analysis, CRP, UAT, and Go-live support.

• Collaborate with offshore teams and clients across global locations.

• Generate Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).

• Certification in Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Commerce).

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience and 3+ years in consulting/project management.

• Strong understanding of ERP solution design, SDLC, Agile methodology, and client communication.

• Excellent documentation, coordination, and presentation skills.
