Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint 0, Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.

• Champion Agile principles and coach teams on Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog with actionable user stories.

• Drive continuous improvement using team metrics such as velocity and cycle time.

• Remove team impediments and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals and Definition of Done.

• Maintain and optimize Agile tools including Jira and Aha! for real-time project visibility.

• Work with distributed teams and serve as the team’s Agile process expert.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.

• Strong analytical, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven experience working with Agile delivery teams in a cross-functional environment.
