Job Overview:

iTech India is accelerating innovation through AI-driven software and cloud-based solutions. We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead AI/ML and software delivery teams, manage DevOps pipelines, and collaborate with global clients. This role is ideal for experienced project managers with a strong grasp of AI technologies and cloud-based application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, including Generative AI, chatbots, and automation platforms.
Define project scope, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
Drive Agile project management: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and system performance.
Manage infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
Prepare SDLC documentation, track project health, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely project delivery.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Project Management: Minimum 5 years of PM experience with AI, cloud, and software projects.
Methodologies & Tools: Proficient in Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC.
AI & Automation: Exposure to Generative AI, chatbots, and workflow automation is a plus.
Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab.
Programming & Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) preferred.
Monitoring: Familiarity with CloudWatch, Kibana, Splunk, or similar monitoring platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in project management (preferably with AI/ML, cloud, or DevOps projects).
Certification in Agile/SCRUM or PMP is preferred but not mandatory.
