Job Description:
Manage end-to-end software delivery using Agile methodologies for enterprise-level programs, focusing on risk, resource, and delivery planning in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple Agile trains

• Plan and track delivery, dependencies, risks

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful PI

• Lead analysis, escalation, and reporting of RAIDs

• Ensure alignment with HSBC governance standards

Required Skills:

• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)

• Budget and resource planning

• API/Microservices understanding preferred

• Senior stakeholder management experience
