Job Description:

Lansum Properties is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to execute campaigns, manage branding materials, and coordinate with internal teams for lead generation. This is an opportunity to work in both digital and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns

• Manage social media content and promotions

• Design marketing materials: posters, brochures, etc.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support event planning, exhibitions, and promotions

• Coordinate with sales to support lead generation

• Track and report on campaign performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Design skills using Canva or Photoshop (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing

• Time management and logistics coordination

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools

Education:

• PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
