Job Description:

Zeta Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Campaign Operations team based in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing operations, campaign setup, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage multiformat digital campaigns using various in-house and third-party tools.

• Set up, test, and launch technically complex performance marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution.

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign operations from initial request to final launch.

• Support additional marketing production tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Ownership mindset and strong team collaboration.

• Quality Assurance and campaign testing abilities.

• Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (Marketing) or B.Tech in Computer Science, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or IT operations preferred.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, SMM platforms, email marketing platforms, and campaign automation tools.

Education Requirements:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Production, Industrial, Computer Science (Preferred)

• PG: MBA/PGDM – Marketing
