Role Overview:
Infosys is hiring an experienced Scrum Master Consultant to lead Agile delivery practices and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of Agile principles, and a background in software architecture and Java development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile development teams

• Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum practices to deliver high-quality software

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and system features

• Design and maintain object-oriented Java applications

• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

• Create and manage database schemas supporting business processes

• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements

• Set feature priorities and expectations throughout the development lifecycle

• Communicate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Agile environments

• Solid expertise in object-oriented programming and software design

• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices

• Experience with both embedded and external databases

• Hands-on experience with Java development

• Familiarity with automated testing tools and platforms

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to travel if required

• Location flexibility: Though listed as Hyderabad, the position is stated to be specifically for Chennai
