Job Overview:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. The role demands a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of campaign strategy, analytics, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms

• Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and conversions

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages

• Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and campaign data for strategic insights

• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and Excel to report and recommend improvements

• Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency across campaigns

• Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

• Stay updated on platform changes, marketing trends, and digital tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, GTM, etc.)

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

• Ability to segment and analyze audience data

• Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory)

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
