Job Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional to manage L2/L3 support and enhancements for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) / Navision systems. The role involves resolving incidents, delivering change requests, and improving system performance across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incident/problem resolution (triage, RCA, preventive actions) under SLAs

• Customize and configure Business Central/Navision based on business needs

• Deliver enhancements and manage testing, QA, and deployment

• Handle role-based access, workflows, and UAT coordination

• Work with development teams on AL/C-AL customizations

• Support integrations using APIs/web services

• Conduct user training and maintain documentation

• Perform data migrations and ensure performance optimization

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience, 8+ years specifically on Dynamics NAV/BC

• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain functions

• Hands-on with AL/C-AL, SQL Server, API/web services

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Background in manufacturing or regulated industries

• Experience with global AMS shifts

• Agile project delivery experience
