About the Role

Infosys is hiring an experienced Scrum Master Lead Consultant to drive Agile practices and team maturity in IT projects. This role requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead distributed teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values

• Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog management and estimation

• Coach teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional

• Remove team impediments by liaising with appropriate personnel

• Track sprint metrics and Agile KPIs

• Provide Agile coaching and training sessions across units

Technical & Methodology Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Crystal)

• Experience with engineering practices like TDD, technical debt management, CI/CD

• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps

• Proven ability to implement Agile best practices across enterprise projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong remote team coordination skills

• Willingness to travel when required

Preferred Certifications

• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE
