Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within fintech development teams. The ideal candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all core Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Promote Agile best practices and help teams become self-organizing and high-performing.

• Identify and resolve impediments affecting delivery, in coordination with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business units to ensure alignment.

• Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and defining clear user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and report progress to management.

• Ensure compliance with fintech security standards and regulations.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within teams.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in Agile delivery roles.

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master in fintech or financial services.

• Deep understanding of fintech regulatory requirements, compliance, and security standards.

• Experience in payments, lending, or financial product development is highly desirable.

• Certifications preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • SAFe Agilist

  • PMI-ACP

• Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and software development lifecycle.

• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
