Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Senior Functional Consultant (Finance) to lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations) implementations. This role involves providing architectural guidance, driving functional design, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high-quality ERP solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic D365 F&O implementations and enhancements, especially in the Finance domain

• Facilitate business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution architecture

• Promote D365 out-of-the-box capabilities to maximize value and minimize customizations

• Define, document, and deliver user stories, functional features, and system configurations

• Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, QA, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery

• Conduct business process modeling, system impact analysis, and workflow design

• Design, configure, test, and implement features, reports, interfaces, and extensions within D365

• Mentor junior consultants and analysts on functional processes and D365 best practices

• Review peer deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards

• Manage and escalate project risks and enterprise-level issues using appropriate tools

• Provide production support, including incident and service request resolution, in a structured, prioritized manner

• Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support

• Contribute to internal frameworks, planning, estimations, and process standardization

• Drive a culture of agile delivery, innovation, and team collaboration

Eligibility Criteria:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementations with at least 5–7 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance)

• Strong knowledge of finance domain processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Taxation

• Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformation programs

• Experience with integration architectures and enterprise-scale digital transformation

• Ability to perform detailed fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably with Finance or IT background)
