Role Summary:

ANSI Consult and Services is seeking experienced D365 Functional Consultants (Finance) to lead and support ERP implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance modules and Indian taxation, and must be capable of independently delivering end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and lead 5–8 end-to-end implementations on D365 F&O or AX

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configurations

• Configure Finance modules: GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Audit

• Conduct system scoping, analysis, and estimation

• Provide post-go-live support and user training

• Create thorough documentation of processes and configurations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients for seamless delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O (Finance)

• At least 3–5 Indian implementations with a deep understanding of local tax and compliance

• Strong individual contributor with leadership capabilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)

• 2–3 rounds via Microsoft Teams (video)
