Role Summary:

HCLSoftware is hiring a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-impact software projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience in stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency in tools like Jira to support project tracking and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices

• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to refine requirements and deliverables

• Resolve team conflicts, remove impediments, and support a high-performing team culture

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of project progress using Jira or similar Agile project tools

• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and team feedback

Eligibility Criteria:

• 8–13 years of overall experience in software development or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum) and team coaching techniques

• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset

• Experience working in hybrid or distributed team environments

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus
