Role Overview:
The Scrum Master will act as a coach and facilitator for Agile teams, driving self-organization, process excellence, and Agile transformation. This role supports cross-functional team development, ensures effective delivery of high-quality products, and promotes Agile best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scrum Facilitation & Team Coaching
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams to improve maturity, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
Support new Agile team formation, norms definition, and early-stage coaching.
Mentor team members on Agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functional teamwork.
2. Process Improvement & Metrics
Define, collect, and analyze Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
Drive process improvements through retrospectives and continuous learning.
Participate in Agile Communities of Practice and contribute to organizational transformation.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure product delivery aligns with agreed scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
Key Requirements:
Agile Experience
Proven experience in Agile methodologies, change management, or Agile transformation roles.
Scrum Knowledge
Deep understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.
Experience with Agile frameworks like Kanban, XP, Lean, and TDD.
Design Thinking & Innovation
Familiarity with Design Thinking and story mapping techniques.
Ability to promote innovative problem-solving while maintaining delivery focus.
Mindset & Skills
Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage conflict constructively and drive team accountability.
Future Challenges & Opportunities:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
