Role Summary:

Cotiviti is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with strong Agile experience and a passion for servant leadership. This role involves managing multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving team performance, and delivering value in a fast-paced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple Scrum/Kanban teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Mentor teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and DevOps/CI-CD integration

• Guide teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and high-performing

• Conduct team assessments and improve velocity/throughput

• Remove impediments to team progress, promoting ownership and collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Teams, and Business Analysts

• Provide transparency through metrics (burndown, velocity, backlog health)

• Promote a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and accountability

• Work with global teams across India and the U.S.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in IT development, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Manager

• Strong experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, and Agile engineering practices (BDD, TDD, ATDD)

• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Sonar, and continuous integration/deployment environments

• Deep understanding of backlog refinement, sprint metrics, and Agile KPIs

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)

• SAFe Agilist (SA) certification preferred
