Job Description:
VThrive Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production modules. The ideal candidate will lead D365 F&O implementations, support process optimization, and deliver client-focused configurations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements

• Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Production)

• Work with technical teams to build integrations, workflows, and customizations

• Create functional design documents, test scripts, and user training material

• Lead UAT and support go-live deployment and user adoption

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancement suggestions

• Ensure alignment of business processes with D365 F&O capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations

• Deep knowledge of D365 F&O Finance, SCM, and Production modules

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, and third-party ISV solutions

• Experience with global implementations and multi-legal entity structures

• Understanding of localization, tax compliance, and financial regulations
