Job Summary:

Dexian India is hiring a skilled Financial Consultant with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) modules. The consultant will provide functional support, troubleshoot finance-related issues, and ensure successful delivery of financial solutions across key modules including GL, AP, AR, and Cost Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end functional support across D365 FO Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank

• Execute incident management, triage, and root-cause analysis of recurring finance issues

• Manage cost accounting workflows, cost center configurations, and allocations

• Support asset management processes, including work order tracking and resource allocation

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues affecting finance systems

• Handle financial close activities, reconciliations, and compliance tracking

• Contribute to documentation, process updates, and client knowledge bases

• Monitor SLA/KPI metrics and generate operational reports for finance tickets

• Participate in knowledge transfers, training, and post-upgrade validations

• Drive continuous improvement and system optimization

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 6–8+ years of experience in Microsoft D365 Finance (F&O) support and implementation

• Strong domain knowledge in financial processes, cost accounting, and asset management

• Solid problem-solving and documentation capabilities

• D365 Finance certifications preferred (but not mandatory)

• Experience working with cross-functional ERP teams

• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
