Job Summary:

Broadridge is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join its agile delivery teams. As a Scrum Master, you will guide teams in agile principles, foster team collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery using Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support the team in adopting and improving Agile practices

• Work with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog

• Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure smooth project execution

• Foster collaboration and open communication within the team

• Track team performance, project progress, and report relevant metrics

• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement culture

• Estimate tasks, manage project scope and timelines

• Handle cross-team dependencies and resource allocation effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• SAFe certification is mandatory

• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams

Preferred Background:

• Experience in the FinTech / Payments industry

• Familiarity with managing distributed or hybrid teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
