Job Description:

TCS is seeking an experienced D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O modules and finance business processes, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

• Implement and optimize core financial modules such as:

  • General Ledger

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

• Lead and support data migration processes including data cleansing, mapping, and validation

• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure proper system configurations

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards such as IFRS or GAAP (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles

• Proven experience with end-to-end D365 implementations

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP

• Data migration and integration expertise

• Collaboration with developers and testers

• Business process re-engineering experience
