Job Summary:

Korcomptenz is hiring a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing D365 CE applications across modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Translate business needs into Functional Design Documents and user stories
Configure and customize D365 CE modules including entities, forms, workflows, dashboards
Manage system configurations such as security roles, user management, and data access
Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and deployments
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and provide support during rollout
Align CRM solutions with client business processes for operational efficiency
Prepare documentation including training materials, configuration guides, and user manuals
Support pre-sales activities and deliver product demonstrations when required
Stay current with Microsoft updates to Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations
Strong knowledge in CRM configuration, customization, and process mapping
Familiarity with Power Platform, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective client-facing communication and documentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM integration, data migration, and custom development support
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools like Power BI and Azure
Involvement in pre-sales and solution architecture

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
Additional Microsoft certifications are a plus
