Role Summary:

Staedean Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The role focuses on implementing and supporting D365 F&O solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, ensuring regulatory compliance, supply chain efficiency, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules aligned with pharma ISVs and compliance requirements.

• Conduct functional and regression testing, including test case design and execution.

• Manage and track defects using Azure DevOps throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with best practices.

• Perform regression testing to ensure stability after system updates.

• Create and manage detailed test documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.

• Strong domain knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries.

• Hands-on experience in Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Production, Sales & Marketing, and Advanced Warehouse Management.

• Expertise in Azure DevOps for work item management and test tracking.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft D365 Certifications preferred.

• Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
