Job Summary:

Ray Business Technologies is hiring a Senior Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain with over 12 years of ERP consulting experience. This role involves leading enterprise-scale D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations, acting as a strategic advisor, and leveraging advanced technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Delivery:

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Oversee requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Architect AI- and Copilot-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and automation.

Business Process Transformation:

• Conduct business workshops with C-level stakeholders to understand challenges and goals.

• Redesign and optimize finance and supply chain workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Identify automation and performance improvement opportunities using Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Configuration & Optimization:

• Configure and fine-tune D365 F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with client requirements.

Data & Testing Leadership:

• Develop and manage data migration and validation strategies.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation cycle.

Mentorship & Enablement:

• Act as the functional lead, guiding and mentoring junior consultants.

• Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.

• Promote knowledge sharing and functional excellence across project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Proven leadership in at least three full-cycle D365 F&O implementations for enterprise clients.

• Strong functional expertise across both Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

• Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert
