Job Summary

The Scrum Master will facilitate agile software development teams, ensuring efficient sprint execution, collaboration, and delivery excellence. The role involves guiding teams to be self-organizing, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of trust and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage project sprints and release schedules.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Promote Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity.
Track progress, metrics, and deliverables for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Validate and test deliverables for quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience

2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, frameworks, and Agile practices.
Experience in project planning, risk management, and sprint estimation.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (TFS).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
Background in software engineering or development.
