Role Summary:
The Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of software delivery projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality parameters. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Agile and traditional delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project delivery from initiation to closure.
Oversee project scope, timelines, quality, and financial performance.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Lead, mentor, and guide project teams for effective collaboration.
Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure issue resolution.
Drive continuous process improvement through Agile practices.
Provide delivery reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in IT industry with at least 4–5 years in delivery/project management.
Strong technical background in software development or architecture.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience using JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Financial and resource management experience.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
