Job Summary

Flexm is seeking an experienced Scrum Master and QA Lead to drive Agile transformations and support digital product delivery in a fast-paced FinTech environment. The role involves coaching Agile squads, enforcing compliance and regulatory standards, improving delivery performance using data-driven insights, and ensuring quality across digital financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for 2–3 cross-functional squads in the FinTech domain

• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine product vision and manage backlogs

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning (SAFe)

• Remove delivery impediments and collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams

• Drive adoption of Agile-at-Scale frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model

• Ensure teams comply with industry regulations, security, and risk controls

• Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect leakage) for performance improvement

• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support Agile Center of Excellence initiatives

• Promote transparency, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Align delivery outputs with business priorities across payments, digital banking, lending, trading, and wealth management

Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in regulated industries (FinTech, Banking, Payments, Insurance, Trading Platforms)

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model

• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital financial products end-to-end

• Strong stakeholder management across product, technology, compliance, and risk teams

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards: PCI-DSS, PSD2, SOX, KYC/AML

• Proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership capabilities

• Analytical mindset with experience using Agile metrics for decisions

• Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, CSP-SM
