Role Overview

The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple product teams. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling continuous improvement, and ensuring effective delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach teams on Agile, Lean principles, and self-organization

• Mentor Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization

• Track, identify, and remove delivery impediments

• Promote transparency through metrics, dashboards, and communication

• Manage inter-team dependencies and coordinate with leadership

• Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)

• Implement continuous improvement through Kaizen and retrospectives

• Use Jira and Confluence to maintain delivery visibility

• Contribute to enterprise Agile standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

• Experience handling multiple Agile pods

• Certifications: CSM, PSM II/III, or equivalent

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership ability

• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile at Scale (SAFe, LeSS)

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred
