Role Overview

VINN Digital Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented fresher with a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-driven SEO advancements. The role involves executing performance campaigns, supporting SEO initiatives, and contributing to digital growth through data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

  • Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max

  • Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and ad copy creation

  • Monitor CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversion metrics

  • Support budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience targeting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical)

  • Perform on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, keyword placement, schema, URLs, content enhancements

  • Support off-page initiatives including link building, outreach, directory submissions, guest posts, and brand mentions

  • Assist with technical SEO audits: crawl issues, site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, sitemaps, canonicals, mobile optimisation

  • Track keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and organic performance

  • Collaborate with content and development teams for SEO improvements

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI in SEO

  • Understand search behavior changes from Google SGE, Bing AI Search, and generative models

  • Optimize content for SGE: conversational formats, structured answers, entity strengthening, E-E-A-T alignment

  • Use AI tools for keyword clustering, competitor analysis, and content gap identification

  • Stay updated with AI-driven SEO trends, emerging algorithms, and generative tools


Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads and SEO fundamentals

  • Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and GEO

  • Awareness of AI-driven SEO advancements and generative search models

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog preferred)

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities

  • Good communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
