Job Summary:

HCLTech is hiring an experienced Agile Coach to lead agile transformation initiatives, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, agile certifications, and deep knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in agile methodology adoption.

• Serve as Scrum Master, conducting standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

• Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and implement corrective actions.

• Support change management initiatives and foster an agile culture.

• Guide team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other agile frameworks.

• Strong experience in project and change management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Familiarity with software development and IT project environments.

• Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
